Material & Heat Treatment Advantages
The upgraded PC20 carrier roller adopts premium layered materials and mature heat treatment. Wheel body and side cover are made of high-strength 40Mn2/50Mn alloy structural steel. The wheel shaft uses 45# quenched and tempered alloy steel, and the bi-metal bushing is CuPb10Sn10 wear-resistant copper alloy. Combined with 40Mn2 alloy steel forging and medium-frequency quenching, it achieves "hard exterior and tough interior", greatly improving impact resistance and deformation resistance.
Sealing & Working Performance
This carrier roller comes with standard Cr16Mo2NiCu floating oil seal and high-quality nitrile rubber O-rings. It works stably from -20℃ to 80℃, blocking sediment and muddy water from entering the bearing cavity. Designed for Komatsu PC20-2, PC20-3, PC20-6, PC20-7 micro excavators. OEM dimensions, no secondary machining required. It runs reliably on mud, gravel and mountain terrain, preventing track sagging and track deviation and reducing abnormal chain wear.
Machining & Factory Testing
CNC precision machining controls key mating tolerance within 0.02mm for high coaxiality and avoids jamming. Low rotation resistance, low vibration and low noise reduce power loss of the travel system. Every finished roller passes air tightness test, hardness inspection and running-in test before delivery. Its oil leakage failure rate is far below industry average.
