PC500LC-10 Track Roller

The Komatsu PC500LC-10 uses double-flange track rollers to keep the track properly aligned with the undercarriage during travel and turning. The two side flanges provide stronger track guidance and help reduce lateral movement, which is particularly important on a large excavator operating under heavy loads.

PC500-10 and PC500LC-10 are closely related 50-ton excavator models, but the track roller configuration should not be identified by model number alone. Single-flange and double-flange rollers have different flange arrangements and are not direct replacements for each other.

For replacement orders, confirm the machine model, serial number, roller configuration, dimensions and original part number before placing an order.

Double‑flange track rollers lock the track with double side flanges, greatly improving anti‑derailment and anti‑side‑shift performance and keeping the track stable during turning. It delivers higher reliability under various working conditions and requires higher‑strength structural components.

Single‑flange and double‑flange track rollers of the same size adopt identical floating oil seal design for dust‑proof and water‑proof performance, suitable for muddy, watery and dusty harsh sites. Grease filling is only required once within the overhaul cycle for easy maintenance.
